Dr. Russell J. Kort

Dr. Russell J. Kort’s pioneering work has uncovered an innate sequence to healing, through ancient pathways that are ultimately coordinated in the brain and brainstem, specifically at night.
He is a faculty member of the Sleep Balance Academy. His work at DoctorEMF® was highlighted in Epoch Times as a clinic leader in the field of Digital Wellness™ health trends of 2022.
He is an author, public speaker, chiropractor and lead clinician of DoctorEMF®. He is the Chairman of DefenderShield Medical and Science advisory board and was the 2019 Innovator of The Year for BrainTap Technologies. He specializes in a multi-modal personalized approach to healing.
Dr. Kort has over 40 years of medical experience. Since 2010, he has focused on brain rehab, and concussion-like symptoms associated with our world wide digital environment.
During his childhood he suffered from multiple concussions, allergies, and undiagnosed sleep apnea (snoring). In 1987, Dr. Kort began to experience EMF Hypersensitivity (EHS) symptoms while working in the Australian Cell Phone Industry.
His concussion-like symptoms included anxiety, depression, brain fog, tinnitus, headaches, migraines, coordination issues and vertigo. This has driven him to dedicate his life to help those who have suffered just like him.
Joanette Biebesheimer, M.S.
Biochemist | Lead Researcher
Joanette is the lead researcher of DoctorEMF®. She is a biochemist and environmental scientist. Her sole focus the past decade was to create actionable steps for the Cell Danger Response and Salugenesis for the clinician, based on the research of Dr. Robert Naviaux, for those who are suffering from concussion-like symptoms from non-native EMF Radiation exposures.
Ms. Biebesheimer is on faculty at the Sleep Balance Academy. She has collaborated in sleep biomarkers, microbiome research and sleep frequency technology development.
She has managed complex environmental monitoring projects as a consultant for both the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (DOD) (chemical, nuclear, and mixed radioactive waste) in some of the most dangerous places on the planet.
Her pioneering multi-disciplinary approach to research and development has made her a force in implementing sleep medicine into practices.
Rebekah is the lead technician with DoctorEMF®
Rebekah is the lead technician with DoctorEMF®, specializing in HRV testing, restorative sleep, and Digital Wellness™ education. She assists clients in achieving optimal health by offering nutritional counseling, vagus nerve reset techniques, and a variety of modalities through DoctorEMF®.
Kaizen - Lead Service Dog for DoctorEMF®
Kaizen was trained at PAWS 4 Success (Rebel Ranch) in Chino Hills California in 2020 to be a service dog for Dr. Russell J. Kort for EMF Hypersensitivity (EHS).
He was trained to observe Dr. Kort’s breath, pheromones, and mannerisms when exposed to non-native EMF in his environment, and to alert him of the danger before he goes into a state of functional impairment which often leads to a loss of consciousness.
